Please note, do not describe your problem as "dog escapes" we want to save you the cost of service fees if something simple is the issue, so tell us what the collar does or does not do, when you changed your battery last etc. We can troubleshoot better with detailed information about the collar's history and behavior.

OPTIONAL BUT HELPFUL INFORMATION:

What model transmitter is mounted in your garage?

What lights are on on the transmitter?

Are the wires connected at the bottom of the transmitter in the garage?

Does collar beep at edge of yard?

When was last time you changed batteries?

What days and times work best for you for a service visit? (please offer several dates and times if possible)

We generally seek a day when you will be home for at least 4 hours, and book arrival times (for example) from 1-5pm, or 12-4pm or 8-12am. We operate Monday - Saturday8-5pm but can often make exceptions, please call if you have special needs.

Also, with a credit card number and access to your garage (or wherever the transmitter is located) we can schedule the appointment more easily without needing you home to meet us.

Our goal is to provide prompt, courteous and competent service, the better information you provide, the more able we will be able to help you!!
