To troubleshoot this dog fence collar, first be sure you have fresh batteries. Walk the collar to the edge of the yard and see if it beeps 4-6 feet from the wire. (Maybe the driveway will be the easiest place to know where the wire is). If it is not beeping near the wire, it is not working. See if your wall-mounted transmitter is plugged in. (Plugged in and making an alarm sound indicates broken wire) As with any collar, do not leave it on longer than 12 hours at a time in the same position to avoid causing neck sores. |
