Your receiver collar’s Flash Alert® light will blink when your batteries start to run out of juice, giving you plenty of time to replace them with fresh batteries.

The UltraMax collars use these 7.5 volt batteries. Replacement batteries are available for purchase in our online store at https://shop.hiddenfence.
Receiver collar batteries can be purchased in our online store at https://shop.hiddenfence.com. We also carry replacement probes and collar nylons, as well as other pet fencing equipment.

Your hidden fence technician provided the initial programming for your receiver collar, but you might eventually want to change the correction settings or program your collar to work with another brand of hidden dog fence. Hidden Fence has put together some brief video tutorials on how to use your Pet Stop® brand transmitter to change your collar settings. ** Which transmitter are you trying to program your collar to?
