Frequently Asked Questions
  1. Note the number on the face of transmitter before you start
    (this same number will need to be present when you are all done)
  2. Press both top and bottom buttons at same time until you see #10
  3. Press up button twice to #30
  4. Press middle button once to #31
  5. Press up button twice to #33
    (assuming average dog/default manufacturer setting for usual dog — go to 34 for excitable dog, 32 for very sensitive dog)
  6. Press middle button once to #40
  7. Press up button 5 times to #90
  8. Press middle button once to #33
  9. Press up button once to #99
  10. Press middle button once #99 will now blink
  11. Bring receiver close to #99 until receiver’s light stays on
  12. When receiver light is on, press middle button once.
  13. If this worked, then the Receiver will beep once, twice, three times, all the way up to 8 beeps. If this happens, the receiver has been programmed to off leash setting #3 (33).
  14. If the 99 stops blinking, touch the middle button again to make the 99 blink again. (Start over at #1 if the original signal field setting – usually 8-16 – returns.)

The transmitter will resent by itself after 2 minutes, or unplug it and plug back in to immediately reset.
